Samara State Medical University held the All-Russian School for Young Scientists on Modern Achievements of Neuroscience from May 27 to May 28, 2024.

The School's program included plenary reports, master classes and practical training seminars. The school was visited by graduate students, residents, young scientists and students from Samara, Tolyatti, Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow.

Within the framework of the School, lectures were given by leading scientists in the field of neurobiology, neurorehabilitation and modern neurotechnologies, among them:

• Alexander Yakovlevich Kaplan— Head of the Laboratory of Neurophysiology and Neurocomputer Interfaces, Faculty of Biology, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Chief Researcher at the Vladimir Zelman Center for Neurobiology and Neurorehabilitation, Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor.
• Pavel E. Musienko — Head of the Neurobiology Department at Sirius University of Science and Technology, Head of the Neuroprosthesis Laboratory at the Institute of Translational Biomedicine at St. Petersburg State University, Head of the Neuromodulation Laboratory at the Pavlov Institute of Physiology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, MD, Professor.
• Lebedev Mikhail Albertovich is a professor at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Chief Researcher and Head of the Laboratory of Neurotechnology at the I.M. Sechenov Institute of Evolutionary Physiology and Biochemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences, PhD, Professor.
• Bazanova Olga Mikhailovna is the chief researcher at the FITZ FTM Institute of Molecular Biology and Biophysics of the Laboratory of Computer Systems of Bio—Management in Novosibirsk, Professor at MIPT (Moscow), Associate Professor at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Novosibirsk State University, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor.
• Alexander E. Khramov— Head of the Baltic Center for Neurotechnology and Artificial Intelligence, I. Kant Baltic Federal University, PhD, Professor.
